Service Policies and Procedures
You will find a copy of our service policies and procedures in our foyer. We expect our staff and families to adhere to our policies and procedures at all times to ensure we maintain compliance and abiding by the National Law and Regulations.
Educators cannot make exceptions for individuals unless the Nominated Supervisor or Management do so on account of serious and/or unusual circumstances.
We are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures and ask for Educators, Children and family participation to ensure our policies and procedures adhere to family’s needs and meet required regulations. Your involvement helps us to improve our service and may lead us to change our policies and procedures.
Admission Requirements
- Complete all sections of the Enrolment form
- Supply Child’s updated Immunisation History Statement 2 weeks prior to commencing care
- A non- refundable deposit $60.00 to secure a place on our waiting list. This also entitles you to regular updates on centre news via mail and participation within our community events.
- Attend Orientation meeting with room leaders to discuss child’s background information, policies and feedback.
- Orientation is subject to the individual families – we would like families leaving their children and feeling absolutely positive and comfortable with our centre and staff.
